Jane Downes is founder of Clearview Coaching Group (www.clearviewcoachgroup.com), which she established in 2004 following an extensive career working within the area of recruitment and HR consulting.

She co-owns Ireland’s first Assessment and Coaching Centre for Emotional Intelligence – www.EIIreland.com - and in the past was resident interview coach expert to Ireland’s top jobs websites, www.irishjobs.ie and www.jobs.ie. She facilitates numerous workshops around the country in the areas of career change management, effective interviewing and post-redundancy career management. She is married with one child and lives in Dublin.

Jane is one of Irelands best known Career Coaches .Jane regularly writes for the National Press and currently holds the position of weekly career doctor with the Metro Herald and is regularly invited to speak on national radio. In 2010 Jane held the position of weekly Career Expert on TV3’s “The Morning Show” & more recently is a regular guest on RTE’s The Daily Show discussing career related topics (2011/2012). Jane also yearly heads up The Career Clinic at two of Irelands largest career events Choices/Jobs Expo yearly in the RDS and is regularly invited as a key note speaker at Career events.

Jane has a First Class Honours Social Science Degree and Training/Facilitation Qualification. Jane is also a Qualified Life & Business Coach (Accredited by the European Coaching Institute ECI) and a Qualified Emotional Intelligence Assessor (EQi).
